Hyatt Place Columbus Hotel, Columbus

The hotel had beautiful and quiet rooms but with some older features like a wobbly bathtub faucet. Despite that, the rooms were clean and beautiful. The service was informative and very helpful, especially accommodating my family during a difficult time. The staff was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The location of the hotel was convenient to the Soccer Complexes and restaurants, although some areas needed improvement like cleanliness and hot food availability. Facilities were top-notch.
